The same sandwich, different countries
Subway publishes its nutrition figures country by country, and the figures for the same named item do not always match. Sometimes they are close. Sometimes they are not close at all.
Every pair below is published by Subway itself, for the same month, for different countries. Neither number is a mistake. They differ because the product differs: portion sizes, bread recipes and default toppings are set per market. This is why the rest of this site keeps the countries apart instead of printing one figure and hoping you are in the right place.

Calories per serving at the size shown, from each country’s own published nutrition document. Gap is the difference as a percentage of the lower figure.
Where they broadly agree
These are within 10% of each other, which is close enough that the difference is probably rounding and portion tolerance rather than a different recipe. They are still published separately and still shown separately.
Only two countries so far
This table covers Canada and United States, because those are the countries whose documents we have finished verifying. We hold documents for four more and the comparison gets considerably more interesting when they land, since the United Kingdom, Australia and India each publish things the North American documents do not. Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia and United Kingdom.
